1. What payment methods are accepted?

2. Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?
Unfortunately QQIO is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by QQIO. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it’s in production or it goes into preparation for delivery.
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
Please be noted that we need 7-10 business days to process the order as our products are made to order.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
A: Flat Rate Shipping: 12 – 25 business days
B: Standard Shipping: 7 – 12 business days
Other Countries: please add 3-7 business days.
About the shipping fee, please refer to the website update.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to be available.
3. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal/Stripe at the checkout page.
